Fabricated Product's material handling equipment includes:

  • One 10-ton bridge crane x 67' span with 24' under hook
  • Two 5-ton overhead cranes
  • One 2-ton overhead crane
  • Two 2-ton jibs
  • Two 6,000 lb. lift trucks
  • One 20-ton P & H Omega rough terrain crane

Miscellaneous equipment includes:

  • One 30-ton punch press
  • Two Trumph plate bevelers
  • One 10-ton set of Aronson tank turning rolls
  • One 20-ton set of Aronson tank turning rolls
  • One 15-ton set of Pandjiris tank turning rolls
  • Two 1500 lb. Pandjiris welding positioners

FABRICATING CAPABILITIES

Shearing:

  • 1/2" x 10' hydraulic shear

  • Adjustable rake and gap

  • 40" power back gauge

  • 10' squaring arm and front gauging

  • Capacity is 14 gauge x 10' through 1/2" x 10' in carbon steel

Punching & Angle Shearing:

  • Kling #7 iron worker 100-ton punch 24" throat

  • 1 5/16" hole through 1" mild steel

  • 6 x 6 x 1/2" angle shear

Rolling:

  • 3/4" x 8' hydraulic plate roll with cone rolling attachment

  • Capacity is 1/2" plate x 8' to 18" OD 3/4" plate x 8' to 48" OD, 12 1/4" dia. top rolls

  • Cone rolling capacity is 16" minimum diameter at apex of cone

Burning:

  • Six torch CNC flame cutting with one plasma torch
  • 10' x 45' burning table
  • Off line cad/cam programming

Plasma Burning:

  • Thermal Dynamics Pac 10 with machine torch
  • Hypertherm Powermax 1100

Sawing:

  • Marvel No. 8 vertical band saw 18" x 20" capacity 45 degree tilting head

Automatic Submerged Arc Welding:

  • 1000 amp Lincoln NA-5 solid state sub-arc system mounted on an Aronson manipulator with variable drive cart on a 60' runway and flux recovery system. This system can weld cylinders up to 14' OD x 70' long.

ENGINEERING

We use the latest version of Autocad to furnish our custom's with accurate and easy to read drawings. By using computer aided design drawings, we can quickly respond to revisions and modifications as required. We utilize computer aided design and common sense engineering experience to provide you with the most economical design to meet your specifications.
